Les missions

For the French market we are now looking for a committed Area Sales Manager Consumer France (f/m/d). Your Responsibilities + Planning and execution of all sales activities in the sales region France for our Business Unit Consumer + Analysis of the market and potential, the competitive landscape and our market position in your region to create a sales strategy for profitable growth + Management and development of existing customers + Provide technical consultancy in conjunction with our Technical Service to your accounts + New customer acquisition + Build strong and solid one-on-one long-term relationships with key decision makers / influencers at your accounts + Uncovering up- and cross-selling potentials + New product introduction and development of new markets + Provide feedback on market trends for the further development of our products + Set ambitious sales and profit target and have full accountability for achieving or exceeding targets + Close cooperation and communication with the manufacturing plants + Regular reporting into the organization

Profil recherché

Your Profile + University degree or comparable education with a focus on sales + 5 years of relevant and successful sales experience + Experience in flexible packaging and good technical knowledge of products and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of product packaging in the consumer market would be an additional asset. + Strong negotiation skills paired with a value-based selling approach + Open personality with good communication skills at all levels + Independent, dynamic and structured way of working + Convincing and committed demeanor + Proactivity and creative problem solving attitude + Experienced in pricing and cost calculations + Fluency in French, good written and oral knowledge of English for your daily communication with the headquarter and regional plants + Willingness to regular business travels within the region
