The company is an ambitious, fast growing founder-led challenger brand selling premium mochi ice cream across Europe. Mochi ice cream is the fastest growing ice cream trend in the USA and in 2020 was the fastest growing ice cream trend in Europe. The company is looking for an ambitious and experienced French Sales Manager to manage its existing French business and accelerate our growth in key retail channels across France. This is an exciting new role with huge growth opportunities as France is one of our Big 3 markets alongside the UK & Germany. The role will report into the Head of Sales in London and will manage a team of 2 direct reports who are based in Paris. If you feel this is you, then read on!

Les missions

Your mission: To lead the French team to maximise the distribution of retail pack skus and drive rate of sale of both retail packs and our unique pick & mix mochi freezers, to achieve sustainable, profitable, and high growth targets. ● Maximise distribution of our retail pack skus: - Drive rate of sale to achieve profitable growth of our retail packs and our pick & mix freezers. - Manage existing customers (Carrefour, Franprix, Lafayette Gourmet etc) by working with buyers & category managers to maximise commercial relationships and grow the Little Moons brand. - Generate new business opportunities by researching and proactively targeting suitable partners. ● Management and development of the sales team (area manager + ADV) ● Work with Marketing Director to formulate and execute French marketing and events plan ● Negotiation of the annual plans ● Creation, deployment and execution of our long-term business strategy in France We welcome your ideas to help us fast track our ambitions in the France market Good news: the potential is huge!

Profil recherché
