Entrepreneur at heart, we are looking for our future Country Manager (M/F) to take charge of the France subsidiary!

Votre rôle

In charge of P&L, you are responsible for the strategy and operational execution of the France entity, comprising 18 people.

Your main roles will be as follows:

Management:

Coordinate the action of the various support functions (logistics, purchasing, marketing, finance, commerce)
Maintain budgets and control costs
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Ensure regular reporting to the group.

Commercial:

Implement the sales and marketing strategy in accordance with the group's objectives and set growth objectives
Monitoring and analysis of sales performance
Animation of the sales teams in place in order to achieve growth

Prerequisites :

- A minimum of 10 years of experience including at least 2 years in management

- Experience in an international company is appreciated

- Knowledge of the construction/building or industrial environment

- Fluent English required
